Our Ozrim (C.I.T.) Program, develops quality future counselors with a mixture of interactive discussion, role-playing exercises, & supervised hands-on experiences. Child development, group dynamics, & leadership training are emphasized. Participants successfully completing this fun, challenging program earn a $300 stipend.
