Our Leadership Training Program (LTP) is specifically designed to help 9th and 10th grade campers develop and cultivate leadership skills. With guidance from excellent LTP staff, participants learn and practice skills of successful leaders. Periodically throughout the summer, they work with younger campers, putting their new-found skills into action. In addition, they gain a deeper understanding of Tikkun Olam (Repairing the World) as they work together on a significant community project. A special, extended overnight trip is optional.
