Leadership Training Program (9th & 10th Grades)
The Leadership Training Program (LTP) is specifically designed for campers entering the 9th and 10th grades. Emphasis is placed on developing and cultivating leadership skills. LTP participants will learn and practice skills of successful leaders. Occasionally, they will work with younger campers, putting their new-found skills into action. In addition, they will gain a deeper understanding of Tikkun Olam as they work together on a significant project that will benefit the community. An additional fee covers a special, extended (5-day) overnight, the highlight of the LTP experience. Enrollment is limited, so register now!
The Big Trip ISRAEL (11th & 12th Grades)

Ozrim Program (12th Grade)
The Ozrim program begins the process of developing quality future counselors with a mixture of interactive discussion and role-playing exercises, along with supervised hands-on experiences. Training sessions emphasize child development, group dynamics, and quality leadership training. Candidates will be required to provide appropriate character references, complete an informal interview, and must have some camp experience. Participants that successfully complete the seven-week program earn a $500 stipend.
Applicants must complete both an enrollment application and a content application.
You must also provide three (3) references. They should be non-relative adults who will give accurate assessments of your character, work ethic, etc. Please forward this form to your references and ask them to return their completed forms directly to CCP's winter office.
